The Direct · dvantage
Why Buying Direct from E-Lins Matters
You get the real factory price
Distributors typically mark up industrial hardware 15—30%. Buying direct from E-Lins means that markup goes back into your project budget — or into better hardware specifications.
Your questions go to the engineers who built it
When you contact E-Lins support, you're talking to the team that wrote the firmware and designed the hardware. No front-line routing, no "we'll check with the manufacturer" delays.
OEM requirements handled in-house, directly
No third party between you and the factory. Custom firmware or hardware changes are negotiated directly with our engineering team — faster, cheaper, and with full NDA protection.
Your warranty is honored without bureaucracy
DOA units are replaced directly by E-Lins within 7 business days of confirmation. No need to chase a distributor, no questions about "who sold it to you."
