Before You Place Your Order
Can I get a sample before a large order?
Yes. Order 1.5 sample units directly from shop.e-lins.com — no MOQ, no sales process required. Samples are fully functional production units with complete documentation, full warranty, and the same firmware as production units.
Do you provide a proforma invoice for finance approval?
Yes. We issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) for any order upon request. The PI includes itemized pricing, payment terms, shipping details, and E-Lins company registration information for your finance department.
What customs documents do you provide?
Every shipment includes: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CE/FCC certificates, and any other documents required for import clearance. FORM · (GSP) available on request for eligible destinations.
What if a unit is defective on arrival (DOA )?
If a unit is DOA , contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos/video documenting the defect. We will ship a replacement unit at no cost via express courier within 7 business days of DOA confirmation. No need to return the defective unit for standard DOA claims.
Can I request DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?
Yes. We offer DDP, D· P, FOB, and EXW Incoterms. DDP means we handle all customs clearance and import duties on your behalf — you receive the goods with no additional costs at your door. Contact our sales team for DDP pricing to your country.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 150+ countries worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS Express. For remote destinations or large freight shipments, sea freight via port of origin Shenzhen/Yantian is also available. Contact our sales team if you have specific shipping requirements.
