Company & Manufacturing
Is E-Lins a manufacturer or a trading company?
E-Lins Technology is a manufacturer, not a trading company. Our hardware is designed in-house, manufactured at our own facility in Shenzhen, and backed by our own engineering team. We have been designing and manufacturing industrial cellular devices since 1999. We do not resell third-party products under our brand.
What products does E-Lins manufacture?
E-Lins manufactures a full range of industrial IoT communication devices: 4G/5G industrial routers, industrial Modems, wireless DTUs (data transmission units), industrial Ethernet switches, and IoT edge gateways. All products are designed for critical infrastructure deployment with wide-temperature operation, dual-SIM failover, and enterprise-grade security.
Where are E-Lins products designed and manufactured?
All E-Lins products are designed and manufactured in Shenzhen, China. Our R&D, hardware engineering, firmware development, production, and quality assurance teams are all located at our Shenzhen facility. We do not outsource manufacturing to third parties.
OEM / ODM
What is the minimum order quantity for OEM/ODM?
The minimum order quantity for OEM/ODM customization is 50 units. This applies to firmware customization, custom branding, and hardware modifications. For standard off-the-shelf products, there is no minimum order quantity.
What can be customized under the OEM/ODM program?
Our OEM/ODM program covers: custom firmware (white-label web UI, custom APN presets, feature lockdown, OTA update server), custom branding (logo, color scheme, boot screen, product label, packaging), hardware modifications (enclosure design, antenna configuration, connector customization), and certification support for custom SKUs. We also sign full NDA agreements from the first inquiry.
Products & Certifications
Do E-Lins products come with CE and FCC certificates?
Yes. All standard E-Lins products ship with CE, UKCA, FCC, IC, RoHS, and EN 18031 certification as standard. Additional certifications including MIC, KC, RCM, SASO, PTCRB, ATEX, and IP68 are available on selected models. All manufacturing is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 certified. Full certificate packages (PDF) are available on each product page.
What cellular standards and frequency bands are supported?
E-Lins products cover the full cellular spectrum from 4G LTE Cat.4 to Cat.20, 5G SA/NSA, and the latest 5G RedCap (NR-Light) standard. We offer region-specific hardware variants optimized for North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and global multi-band configurations.
Ordering & Support
Can I order samples before committing to a volume order?
Yes. Sample units can be ordered directly from our online store with no minimum order quantity. Samples are fully functional production units with complete documentation and full warranty coverage. We strongly encourage evaluation orders before volume commitments.
How fast do you respond to inquiries?
Pre-sales inquiries are typically answered within 4 business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 UTC+8). Technical support tickets receive a response within 24 hours. OEM/ODM inquiries are handled within 8 hours.
