Is there a minimum order to become a reseller?
There is no formal minimum order to be designated as an authorized reseller. However, we typically look for partners who can commit to a minimum annual volume of USD 20โ000. Initial orders can be as small as needed. Contact our channel team to discuss your target market.
Can I get exclusivity for my region?
Regional exclusivity can be granted to resellers who meet defined annual performance targets. We evaluate exclusivity requests on a case-by-case basis, considering your existing customer base, technical capability, and target market size.
What payment terms are available for regular orders?
New customers: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. After 3 successful orders, you can apply for Net 30 payment terms. Established resellers with strong order history may qualify for Net 60 terms. L/C available for orders above USD 10โ000.
Do you provide co-marketing support for resellers?
Yes. Authorized resellers receive: co-branded marketing materials (datasheets, brochures, landing page templates), product photography and 3D render assets, joint press release support for major deployments, and pre-sales engineering assistance.
