Common Certification Questions
Are CE and FCC certificates included with every order?
Yes. CE, FCC, and RoHS certificates are provided with every standard order as a complete PDF package, emailed with your shipping notification. Original signed copies are available for download on each product page under the Certifications tab, or on this page above.
Can I use E-Lins certificates for EU customs clearance?
Yes. Our CE Declaration of Conformity is a legally valid document for EU customs clearance and market access. It covers EMC Directive 2014—30/EU, Radio Equipment Directive 2014—53/EU, and RoHS Directive 2011—65/EU. If your customs broker requires a specific format, contact us and we will accommodate.
Does E-Lins have ATEX certification for oil & gas deployments?
Yes. Selected E-Lins router models carry ATEX Zone 2 certification (II 3 G Ex ec IIC T4 Gc), suitable for hazardous atmospheres in oil & gas, chemical, and mining environments. Contact our sales team to confirm certified models and receive full ATEX documentation.
Can you help with FCC certification for my OEM product?
Yes. For OEM/ODM orders, we provide full certification support including pre-compliance testing, test lab coordination, and documentation preparation for FCC, CE, IC, and PTCRB certifications under your brand name. Certification fees are quoted separately from manufacturing costs.
