In addition to the robustness, reliability, security, friendly-using, the H685 4G router board is competent to be engineered to protect against extreme temperatures, humidity, shocks, vibrations, dust, reverse polarity, and transient voltage, which is widely used in more than twenty industrial fields, such as CCTV security surveillance, AMR, vehicle, retails, vending machines, power control, water schedule, traffic, oil field, weather forecast, environmental protection, street lamp control, post, bank and many other fields.

1) Failover
With this using, usually you can get one SIM Cards from the mobile network, get one xDSL modem line and WiFi AP (conneced to Internet or Private Networks). Set the main line, backup lines for failover application. Once the main line is failed, the H685 switches to backup line smoothly, which makes the communication stable and reliable. .
2) Load Balancing and Link Bonding
Being a 4G Load Balancing Router, the H685 can utilise the embedded 4G module, the RJ45 WAN and WiFi Client connections all at the same time and share these WAN connections with the LAN users.
With channel link bonding, the H685 4G router makes two or more links are combined for redundancy or increased throughput. Channel bonding is differentiated from load balancing in that load balancing divides traffic between network interfaces on per network socket (OSI model layer 4) basis, while channel bonding implies a division of traffic between physical interfaces at a lower level, either per packet (OSI model Layer 3) or a data link (OSI model Layer 2) basis.

H685 4G router external antenna offers more VPN safety application schemes, data transmission reach to financial grade standard E-Lins wireless routers support APN/VPDN private networks, also including various VPN access such as IPSEC, PPTP, L2TP, GRE,OPENVPN, DMVPN, etc. including the function of VPN client and server. Add one more channel of encryption communication under the base of special network can fully guarantee the safety and accuracy of data of dealing and management.
The H685 smart 4G Router supports wide voltage range of 5V to 40V DC (option up to 60V DC) and has two power inputs so if the primary power fails then the modem will automatically use the second power supply without link downtime.
Supporting Web GUI, Telnet SSH Command, SMS, TR-069, SNMP, and NMS (E-Lins Network Management System), users can manage and control the H685 4G router external antenna easily and flexibly.
All E-Lins communication terminals can be connected to the E-Lins remote managing and controlling platform (NMS), which brings the generous devices scattering in different areas to carry out concentrate monitor, configuration, updated, diagnose, maintenance, manage and control. Highly reduce the maintenance costing in the operator, integrator, devise supplier etc, increase the managing efficiency.

The product supports TDD-LTE Band 38 (2600 MHz), Band 39 (1900 MHz), Band 40 (2300 MHz) and Band 41 (2500/2600 MHz), with fallback to TD-SCDMA (2010-2025 / 1880-1920 MHz) and EDGE/GPRS/GSM quad-band (850/900/1800/1900 MHz). Other TDD-LTE band combinations are available on request - see the datasheet for the full band list.
Yes - the product is carrier-unlocked and accepts any standard SIM/UIM card. APN is auto-detected for most carriers. Before ordering, confirm your carrier operates TDD-LTE Bands 38/39/40/41; for FDD-LTE regions (most of Europe / the Americas), choose the H820 series instead.
Yes. With the RS232 or RS485 option, the router works as a serial-to-cellular DTU gateway, transparently tunneling Modbus RTU traffic from meters, PLCs and RTUs to your SCADA center over TCP/UDP. Configuration takes minutes in the Web UI.
Insert an activated SIM, connect power (5-40 V DC - 12 V / 24 V cabinet and vehicle supplies work directly), attach the antenna, and the router registers on the network within about a minute. Default Web UI is at 192.168.8.1; APN, failover and VPN are configured in a guided flow. Most sites go from unboxing to online in under 10 minutes.

Yes. The product supports three-way failover between 4G/3G/2G cellular, wired WAN (xDSL via RJ45) and Wi-Fi client mode. You can choose cellular-preferred or WAN-preferred backup strategies, and a built-in watchdog automatically restarts the link if the connection drops - an always-online design.
Yes - a full VPN suite: PPTP, L2TP, IPsec and GRE, with IPsec PKI digital certificates and extended authentication for compatibility with third-party VPN concentrators. IP/MAC filtering and an SPI firewall protect against DoS attacks.
