Advanced WWAN technology for the utmost reliability • Embedded WWAN interface, fully integrated into the router engine. All the E-Lins intelligent network features are available through the WWAN interface. • Built-in module modem, with two SIM card tray, insert SIM card to work directly, no need dongles. • Detailed WWAN diagnostics for SLA audition and accounting. Information such as serving and neighbour cell received signal power, the operating frequency band, the WWAN technology used and the instant bitrate is available both in the router CLI and in its cellular interface MIB, so it can be retrieved by the SNMP management station at any time. Furthermore, a history report of the received signal power evolution in the past hour is also available. • AT command Line interface for low-level RF module management (sim-lock, WWAN carrier customization, etc).
Ready for WAN Ethernet services The full VLAN support, the state of the art in routing and bridging features, QoS and VRF-Lite addresses this router for Metro-Ethernet services. Furthermore, the Standard and Private Ethernet MIB support in these routers allows for SNMP remote management.
100% Wireless solution(version with WLAN WiFi Feature) An embedded WLAN Access Point (802.11b/g or 802.11b/g/n in H700 router) with dual external WiFi antennas (default is one WiFi antenna, option is two) can be equipped inside the router, providing cellular connectivity to local WiFi equipment. Support for IEEE 802.11 security guarantees communication privacy and confidentiality in the Wireless LAN segment.
ADSL/WWAN integrated and compact solution The E-Lins H720 router has both xDSL and WWAN interfaces in addition to a 2 port switch and the possibility of WLAN in a compact and competitive device thus meeting all branch offices’ communication needs.

The product supports TDD-LTE Band 38 (2600 MHz), Band 39 (1900 MHz), Band 40 (2300 MHz) and Band 41 (2500/2600 MHz), with fallback to TD-SCDMA (2010-2025 / 1880-1920 MHz) and EDGE/GPRS/GSM quad-band (850/900/1800/1900 MHz). Other TDD-LTE band combinations are available on request - see the datasheet for the full band list.
Yes - the product is carrier-unlocked and accepts any standard SIM/UIM card. APN is auto-detected for most carriers. Before ordering, confirm your carrier operates TDD-LTE Bands 38/39/40/41; for FDD-LTE regions (most of Europe / the Americas), choose the H820 series instead.
Yes. With the RS232 or RS485 option, the router works as a serial-to-cellular DTU gateway, transparently tunneling Modbus RTU traffic from meters, PLCs and RTUs to your SCADA center over TCP/UDP. Configuration takes minutes in the Web UI.
Insert an activated SIM, connect power (5-40 V DC - 12 V / 24 V cabinet and vehicle supplies work directly), attach the antenna, and the router registers on the network within about a minute. Default Web UI is at 192.168.8.1; APN, failover and VPN are configured in a guided flow. Most sites go from unboxing to online in under 10 minutes.

Yes. The product supports three-way failover between 4G/3G/2G cellular, wired WAN (xDSL via RJ45) and Wi-Fi client mode. You can choose cellular-preferred or WAN-preferred backup strategies, and a built-in watchdog automatically restarts the link if the connection drops - an always-online design.
