The M300 4G Modem supports wide voltage range of 5V to 40V DC (option up to 60V DC) and has two power inputs so if the primary power fails then the modem will automatically use the second power supply without link downtime.

The product supports TDD-LTE Band 38 (2600 MHz), Band 39 (1900 MHz), Band 40 (2300 MHz) and Band 41 (2500/2600 MHz), with fallback to TD-SCDMA (2010-2025 / 1880-1920 MHz) and EDGE/GPRS/GSM quad-band (850/900/1800/1900 MHz). Other TDD-LTE band combinations are available on request - see the datasheet for the full band list.
Yes - the product is carrier-unlocked and accepts any standard SIM/UIM card. APN is auto-detected for most carriers. Before ordering, confirm your carrier operates TDD-LTE Bands 38/39/40/41; for FDD-LTE regions (most of Europe / the Americas), choose the H820 series instead.
Yes. With the RS232 or RS485 option, the router works as a serial-to-cellular DTU gateway, transparently tunneling Modbus RTU traffic from meters, PLCs and RTUs to your SCADA center over TCP/UDP. Configuration takes minutes in the Web UI.
Insert an activated SIM, connect power (5-40 V DC - 12 V / 24 V cabinet and vehicle supplies work directly), attach the antenna, and the router registers on the network within about a minute. Default Web UI is at 192.168.8.1; APN, failover and VPN are configured in a guided flow. Most sites go from unboxing to online in under 10 minutes.
Yes - the compact metal enclosure is designed for street cabinets, pole boxes and control panels, with a -35 °C to +75 °C wide-temperature design and enhanced ventilation. Wall-mount and DIN-rail kits are available as accessories; the Hardware Installation Guide covers grounding and wiring.
Yes. The product supports three-way failover between 4G/3G/2G cellular, wired WAN (xDSL via RJ45) and Wi-Fi client mode. You can choose cellular-preferred or WAN-preferred backup strategies, and a built-in watchdog automatically restarts the link if the connection drops - an always-online design.
Yes - a full VPN suite: PPTP, L2TP, IPsec and GRE, with IPsec PKI digital certificates and extended authentication for compatibility with third-party VPN concentrators. IP/MAC filtering and an SPI firewall protect against DoS attacks.
